SARNFAEN PARK FEES 2026/27
The park is open for 10½ months from 1st March until 7th January. The following are the pitch fees and services for the 2026/27 holiday season.

The pitch fee charge does include membership of the leisure club for 6 registered users and winterisation of your holiday home. *terms and conditions apply
The season’s pitch fee payable with £1000 deposit on the 1st November then 2 equal instalments by 1st February and 1st June. Or payments can be made by 9 monthly instalments by standing order commencing 1st November. Please see the licence rules agreement and park rules. (Pitch rental fees reviewed prior to 1st December annually.)

GAS – As per meter reading – units used.
ELECTRICITY – As per meter reading, units used. No standing charge.
The delivery and siting charge is to be added to the retail price of the caravan which is approx. £9250 – £9800 Inc. VAT at prevailing rate. Lodges are quoted on request.
Please note – additional charges apply for any unit over 14FT wide to cover costs incurred for North Wales Police Escort and neighbouring private field access from Islawrffordd Caravan Park & Sea Nymph.
A concrete base can be supplied from £3600 Inc. vat at prevailing rate.
Details for owners who wish to sub-let their holiday home through the park are available from the Park Office on request.
